Terms and Conditions for WVAG Courses

All delegates must be registered MRCVS or RVNs.

The course fee includes 24 hours of CPD; a course handbook, and access to the online, on-demand training webinars.  For the practical sessions, you will receive one box of acupuncture needles; lunch and refreshments on both days; access to a closed Facebook group for ongoing advice, support and further information.  Accommodation is not included in the course fee.

If registration numbers are not sufficient for the practical course to run, delegates will be informed within two weeks of the date of the start of the course and delegates will be offered an alternative date. WVAG can accept no responsibility for any other costs incurred.

The fee is non-refundable, but in the case of sickness or inability to attend any part of the course, transfers may be made to another course for that part missed.  A fee to cover ‘delegate rates’ i.e. that charged by the venue for catering etc, may be charged.

The venues are chosen for the quality of the space and comfort for a practical course.  Very occasionally a venue may need to be changed at short notice.  WVAG will undertake to notify all delegates as soon as possible of the change but cannot be held liable for any additional costs to the delegates (travel, accommodation, locum fees etc) incurred as a result.

It is the delegate’s responsibility to inform WVAG in good time of any dietary requirements they may have.  This information will be passed on to the venue before the event. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRACTICAL DAYS:

This is a highly practical course and needling practice will be obtained by needling other delegates.

WVAG course directors reserve the right to advise any potential delegate against taking part in the practical course if their health or the health of other participants may be put at risk. Participants should notify the course directors, via info@wvag.co.uk of any health condition that may compromise their participation in the course. This information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
